In-Clinic Exercise Groups

At My Local Physio Plus, our In Clinic Exercise Groups & Classes are designed to help you move safely, confidently and consistently with expert support every step of the way.

We run In Clinic Exercise Groups & Classes across all three of our clinic locations,

We want to make it easy for you to access high-quality, supervised exercise close to home. Our classes are led by qualified Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists and are delivered in our intimate facilities. Class equipment and styles may differ per location (see below for more details).

Some of our In Clinic Exercise Groups & Classes may be eligible for private health rebates, depending on your cover (excluding My Local Strength Plus). Our team can help guide you through eligibility and answer any questions prior to commencing.

What sets our In Clinic Exercise Groups & Classes apart is our commitment to safety and individualisation. All participants are required to complete an initial assessment before joining an in-clinic class. This allows our clinicians to review your medical history, current injuries, pain levels and any concerns, ensuring your program is appropriate and safe from day one.

At My Local Physio Plus, our In Clinic Exercise Groups & Classes provide a supportive, evidence-based approach to exercise, helping you move better, feel stronger and stay independent for the long term.

  • Call us to book your initial assessment.
    • An initial assessment is undertaken for ALL our in-clinic groups and classes to assess your medical history and physical activity status to guide you into the appropriate group with a tailored program. 

Step 2

  • View our group exercise classes timetable below!
  • After your assessment, our reception team will help you find and book a class that best suits your goals and availability.

Step 3

  • After 6–12 months, we’ll check in with a re-assessment. It’s our way of assessing how far you’ve come since your first session, and making sure your plan keeps growing with you so you continue to feel your best.

Facilities and Class Styles

If you're looking for a class in a gym environment with more independence, our classes at Benefitness (Fairview Park) are perfect for you.

Our The Stables (Golden Grove) clinic has a smaller gym space which provides a more intimate class style with a maximum of 5 people in each group.

Pelican Plaza (Ridgehaven) has a larger gym space the The Stables which allows for larger group classes and more equipment but still provides an intimate class style.
