Physio Exercise

Our Physio Exercise Group is a small-group class tailored to improve your strength, mobility, and general fitness. Designed and supervised by a qualified Physiotherapist, these sessions use basic gym equipment and follow personalised programs aligned with your unique needs and goals.

Each participant begins with an individual assessment, allowing us to design a custom exercise program that evolves over time. You’ll be safely guided through exercises that promote progression, help manage pain, and support your physical function, whether you're recovering from surgery or simply wanting to move and feel better.

An initial assessment is required prior to the Group to develop an individual exercise plan for each group member. 

All of our Physio Exercise Groups are 60 Minutes long.
