Harper's Field: Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates
These classes allow new parents to focus on recovery and strength while bonding with their little ones.
Our Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates classes are designed to support postnatal recovery in a safe, supportive environment. We offer two class options each week across an 8-week block:
- Mondays: 12:45pm – 1:30pm
- Wednesdays: 1:30pm – 2:15pm
The program begins in Week 1, starting July 14, with the classes running from:
- Monday, July 14 until Monday, September 1
- Wednesday, July 16 until Wednesday, September 3
You can book the full 8-week block for either Mondays, Wednesdays, or both days.
Please note: once booked, you will need to attend your selected day(s) — swapping between days is not available.
Don't forget to bring a mat and wear proper socks.
