Harper's Field: Mat Pilates

Harper's Field Mat Pilates provide accessible, fun sessions designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall well-being in a welcoming community environment. The convenient time slot allows for parents to attend whilst kids are training at Golden Grove Football Club.

Join our Mat Pilates program, offering two class options each week over an 8-week block:

  • Tuesdays: 6:45pm – 7:30pm
  • Fridays: 11:15am – 12:00pm

Don't forget to bring a mat and wear proper socks

Come and try sessions are available to purchase if you missed out on purchasing the full 8 week block!

If you want to join the block of classes but aren't able to attend one week, if you let us know in advance we can work with you to find a solution :)

We offer a Come & Try pass for just $15, giving you the chance to join one class and see if it’s the right fit for you. If you love it and want to continue, we’ll help you purchase a pack for the rest of the block.

There is currently no waitlist for our Mat Pilates classes

You can book the full 8-week block for Tuesdays, Fridays, or both.
Please note: once booked, your class days are set, and swapping between days isn’t available.
If you know in advance you’ll miss certain sessions, get in touch, with enough notice, we’ll do our best to find a solution.
