Youth Exercise

The Youth General Exercise Group” is a gym-based program designed specifically for adolescents who are looking to build strength and stability and improve flexibility. Even minor changes in these areas can assist with improving athletic performance and assist in reducing the risk of injuries.

This 45min circuit-based class will include exercises to target overall body strength and conditioning

A Physiotherapist will be present to supervise each class and will progress each individual appropriately on a weekly basis as they see fit.

Suitable for ages 9-16.

An initial assessment is required prior to the Group to develop an individual exercise plan for each group member.
